Fine Particle Separation Capabilities
Our polyurethane fine screen mesh is manufactured from high-quality polyurethane sheets, offering exceptional abrasion resistance and significantly longer service life compared to woven vibrating screen mesh. The anti-blinding properties enable screening of materials previously considered difficult or impossible to process.
With extremely fine openings down to 0.1mm, these screens are suitable for diverse wet and dry applications. They operate with low noise and minimal maintenance, serving as superior replacements for perforated vibrating screen mesh while providing enhanced wear resistance and acid/alkali resistance.
Convenient polyurethane hooks on both sides facilitate easy installation onto vibrating screens.
